Question 1

How fast do orders ship?

Accepted Answer

We pack and ship from our US warehouse in 1–2 business days. Most US orders arrive in 3–6 business days after that. Canada takes 6–10 business days and other countries 10–20.

Question 2

When do I get tracking?

Accepted Answer

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your box leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived after 2 business days, check your spam folder or message us and we'll resend it.

Question 3

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free US standard shipping on every order over $50. Under that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Question 4

Can I return or exchange something?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. Just contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Question 5

What if my order arrives damaged or never shows up?

Accepted Answer

Send us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, lost, stolen, and damaged packages are re-shipped free with no claim forms.

Question 6

Is checkout secure?

Accepted Answer

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted payment system. We never see or store your card details, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.

Question 7

Are these toys safe for kids?

Accepted Answer

Our squishies and fidgets are non-toxic and BPA-free. Small parts mean they're not suited to children under 3, and everything should be used with adult supervision for little ones.

Question 8

Do colors and mystery items vary?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mystery and surprise items are picked at random, and small color or print differences are normal between batches — part of the fun of a blind drop.

Question 9

How do I use my 10% review code?

Accepted Answer

Leave a review with your email. Once it's approved, we email you a one-time 10% off code for your next order.

Question 10

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After it ships, we can't change it — but you can still return it.
