30-day returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping excluded).
Damaged or wrong item
Email hi@shopcuriomix.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery — we re-ship a replacement at no cost.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the items you want to return. We send a prepaid label and process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the return.

- Final-sale items marked as such
- Used or visibly squished squishies (we get it, but…)
